How do I choose the right size for my wrist?
We recommend measuring your wrist with a soft tape measure just below the wrist bone. Add 0.5 inches for a snug fit or 0.75 inches for a looser comfort fit. Our standard stretch bracelets are designed to fit most wrists comfortably (6.0"–7.0"). If you need a custom size, feel free to contact us!
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched via express air freight, standard delivery across the US typically takes 6–10 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way.

How should I care for and cleanse my crystal bracelet?
To preserve your bracelet’s energy and longevity, avoid wearing it in the shower, pool, or while applying lotion/perfume. To cleanse your crystals, you can place them under moonlight overnight, use a selenite charging plate, or smudge them with sage or Palo Santo.
What if my package is damaged or lost during shipping?
Your order is fully covered against transit mishaps! If your bracelet arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
